For Episcopalians, Holy Week is a time to remember and observe the passion of our Savior, Jesus Christ. We start with Palm Sunday which commemorates his triumphal entry into the city of Jerusalem. Later in the week, we have special services for the special days of Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, and Holy Saturday which commemorates each step of his passion and death. Easter Sunday, although often thought of as part of Holy Week, is a special day for the celebration of Christ’s resurrection and triumph over death.
